Your AI transformation partner.

A consulting service that finds where AI can improve your operations, then helps you put the right opportunity to work.

    Our approach

Aioli helps owners shift from AI-curious to AI-running.

    Strategy

We learn how your business actually runs by interviewing the people who do the work. That's how we find where AI will genuinely help.

    Training

We teach your team to run what we build and extend it. You leave fluent, not dependent.

    Builds

We build the workflows that need building. Real AI you can run yourself. Live in 4 to 6 weeks.

    What we build

Five things your team stops doing by hand.

What is left of the week goes to the work that actually needs a person. Nothing here replaces anyone. All of it is yours outright, running inside the tools you already use.

    Company playbook

What your best people know, usable by everyone.

How the work actually gets done usually lives in two or three people's heads. We write it down, connect it to the tools your team already uses, and make it something anyone can ask instead of interrupting someone.

    Quoting and proposals

Quotes drafted, not assembled from scratch.

Pricing rules, past jobs, and the way you write, held in one place. A quote takes minutes, and the follow-up happens without anyone having to remember it.

    Intake and scheduling

Nothing gets retyped, nothing gets dropped.

Enquiries arrive by form, email, and phone, and someone on your team moves them by hand. We build the path from first contact to a booked job so no one is copying data between systems.

    Weekly numbers

Cash, margin, and what needs attention, every week.

Most owners decide on figures that are three weeks old because pulling current ones takes half a day. We read your books, invoices, and pipeline on a schedule and summarize them in plain language.

    Content engine

Your voice, across the channels you already use.

Your brand guide, your past work, and your language held as context. Newsletters, posts, and site copy come back as drafts your team edits rather than writes from nothing.

The rest is specific to you.

Those five come up most often. Plenty of what we build is made for one business: a client portal, a job board, an internal dashboard, a directory, a pricing calculator. If your team keeps doing something by hand because nothing off the shelf fits, that is the kind of thing we build.

    The outcomes

What changes once it is running.

    • Hours back

The repetitive work leaves your team's week, and what is left is the work that needed a person all along.

    • Nobody is the bottleneck

What your team knows sits in the system, so a holiday, a resignation, or a bad week does not stop the work.

    • Nothing slips

Quotes go out and enquiries get answered without anyone having to remember them.

    • Current numbers

You decide on figures from this week, at the point you are making the decision.

    • Your team can run it

Your people use what we built, and change it themselves when the work changes.

    Why us

Run by people who do this in public, every day.

    FAQ

    Questions, answered.

How is Aioli different from a dev shop or an agency?

Dev shops build what you spec. We find what's worth building, build it, and train your team to run it. Strategy and execution never split into two invoices.

    What does AI transformation mean?

Getting a business genuinely running on AI: we learn how the work flows, write the 90-day roadmap, build the first workflows, and train every person on the team. People and process, not just software.

    How does pricing work?

Every engagement is scoped on the discovery call. Transformation starts with a fixed-fee project; AI builds is a monthly subscription priced in build credits, on what gets built, not time on a clock.

    How do AI builds work?

You bring what eats your week. Each request gets sized before it starts, you set the priorities, and we build in short cycles inside the tools you already run.

Will this replace anyone on my team?

No, and it is not what owners hire us for. What gets automated is the repetitive part: retyping the same details, chasing the same follow-up, assembling the same document again. What is left is the part that needs a person, which is judgment, relationships, and deciding what to do next. Every build we hand over has someone on your team trained to run it.

What if my team doesn't use what you build?

That's most of the work, and it's why training is part of every engagement. Everyone who touches a workflow is taught how it runs, each person gets a monthly brief written for their role, and we keep the workflows current as your tools and your team change. If something isn't getting used, that's what we fix next.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Owner-run businesses, usually 5 to 50 people, with no in-house tech team: service businesses, nonprofits, product companies.

Do you work outside the Bay Area?

Yes. Most of our work is remote. Clients in Marin and the wider Bay Area get the option of in-person sessions.

Stop reading about AI. Start running it.
