At the beginning of 2023, I transitioned from marketing to founding Aioli, after recognizing the gap between AI adoption and the businesses who could benefit from it the most. In the past, I've earned a degree in agricultural business, supported USDA climate-smart agriculture grants in Sonoma and Marin counties, and created viral content about ways to use AI in everyday life. I've had the opportunity to share insights on AI in food businesses through podcasts and workshops, establishing myself as a key voice in generative AI for the startup food business community.
