Spreadaioli provides custom AI solutions and AI training services. These include, but are not limited to:

- Personalized AI training sessions
- Team workshops and seminars
Our services are provided on a paid basis. Pricing for specific services will be agreed upon separately. We offer a free 30-minute business audit to identify where AI can be best used in your organization.
We collect and store email addresses for communication purposes. By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to our services.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Spreadaioli or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The AI solutions developed for clients are subject to separate agreements. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Spreadaioli retains ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, and methodologies used in creating custom solutions.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any data provided to us for the purpose of developing custom AI solutions will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Aioli, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in California, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

While our services are primarily targeted at users in the United States, we may accept clients from other countries. Users accessing our Service from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.
